Syndicate has become Beaverton’s community wine bar because of its community!
Through the pandemic, our neighbors and customers have rallied time and again to support us through truly “pivotal” moments.
Now in 2021, we’re facing change of a different kind: Expanding from 900 indoor square feet, to 2,400! To get there, we need your help.
As with previous community fundraising efforts, we are again opening opportunities for sponsorship and crowdfunded support. You can be a part of our story as we expand our indoor dining space into something never before seen on the Westside.
All donations are welcome. For specific levels of sponsorship, we will burn your name into wooden planks that will be featured on the walls of our expanded dining space, a reminder that we are here because of the support from community members like you.

Phase 1b Outdoor Dining
- Winterizing Outdoor Plan
- Designed in July 2020 by the Syndicate Design Team

2021 Indoor Expansion
- Expanding to 2400 square feet inside

- Indoor: 50-75 seats (COVID rules, dep,)
- Outdoor: 54 seats
- Total Capacity: 104-129 seats
