We take great pride in creating an appetizer menu that is fresh, current, and compliments every wine on the wall.  We source our ingredients from local suppliers making sure that your entire dining experience is the highest quality possible.  Below are examples of our offerings.  Our menu changes every 2-3 weeks so these are just samples of what have currently carried at Syndicate Wine Bar.

Goat Cheese, Apple & Coppa Crostini

Smooth goat cheese spread on top of rosemary sea salt crostini topped with a slice of apple and coppa.  Finished with a sweet balsamic glaze.

Variations:

  • Gluten Free:  Gluten free crackers instead of crostini
  • Vegetarian: carmelized onions instead of meat

Goat Cheese and Olive Tapenade Crostini

Smooth goat cheese spread on top of rosemary artisan crostini finished with olive tapenade and a balsamic vinaigrette glaze.

Variations:

  • Gluten Free:  Gluten free crackers instead of crostini

Fruit, Nuts, & Cheese (serves 2-3)

Assorted fruits paired with double cream brie  and blue cheese, served with a side of fresh bread and balsamic vinaigrette glaze.

Meat and Cheese Project Board (serves 3-4)

This generous plate includes Coppa, Soppressata, and Proscuitto paired with 7-year aged White Cheddar, Drunken Goat Cheese, and Brie, paired with olives, quince past, mustard, and almonds.  Includes a side of bread, oil, and vinegar.
