Tasting Room

Consider us the AirBnB for Tasting Rooms.  We have a beautiful tasting room.  You need a beautiful Tasting Room.  For a small daily rate, you can use our space as if it’s your own. Everything you see was hand-crafted by Syndicate Owners to make this the most exquisite event space.  Whether you have staffing or need staffing, we have a rate that can fit any budget.

If you don’t have the staffing, no worries.  Our Service Team is well trained in hospitality and carries current OLCC permits as well as Food Handlers Cards.  They know the space and how all the equipment is used.  They are here to make sure you can concentrate on teaching about your wines and the story of your brand.  We will also work with you and OLCC to make sure your SEW does not overlap our licensed area.  On your specific day, we will not operate under our license giving you full rights and priviledges to use your remote POS system and “sell all your wine”.

With this booking, you set the hours and publicize your event.  We are here behind the scenes with the location so that your presentation is top-notch.

Something with a longer educational focus

Wine Maker Dinners

Do you need a dining room space where you can highlight your wines at a slower speed?  We can work with your winery team for a hosted 3-course dinner or a come and go style where your wines are the designated flight for the night and our team provides the plated dinner.  For this, you will want to select the Site and Food Option below.

This is also available if your Winery would like to do a side-by-side tasting with our Syndicate Sommelier, showcasing similar varietals from around the world.  We have seen huge results with either format of Wine Maker Dinner.  Reach out to our Events Team for more information.

Business Networking Events

Many times we have been approached to host business networking events.  Yes, absolutely we are the place.  Whether you want to bring in your own food and beverage service or want us to take care of those details, our Newberg location is just the place.  For this, you can work with us in all packages listed above.

We have hosted Beaverton Chamber events, Chehalem Chamber events, Women in Business, Benefits Corporations for Good, and Green Drinks.  Our Newberg location has wifi and television capabilites for slide shows or presentations of any size.

Where’s the Party?

Cocktail or Private Parties

For this format, we can cover as little or as much as you would like.  If you want to bring in your own food or own beverages, we recommend the Site and Staffing plan.  If you would like to work with our team on a customized food & drink menu, we recommend “The Works”.

We have hosted 50th Birthday Parties, New Year’s Eve Parties, Business Networking Nights, marriage proposals, and graduation parties in this format.  All customizable to the level of assistance you need in party planning.
