Aromas: Dried red cherry, red currant, roasted tomato, date, and chili spice.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body. Rich layers of baked cherry, pomegranate, root spice, and cinnamon. Firm tannin with earl gray tea. A lengthy finish shows orange oil, licorice, and menthol. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% estate Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero DO, Spain. Aged 12 months in oak. 14.5% alcohol.
