- Aromas: Baked cherry, baked strawberry, oregano, toast, alder smoke, pie crust, leather, caramel, and toffee.
- Flavors/experience: Dry. Medium-high acidity. Red currant, red cherry, blackberry, vanilla, and chickory. Fine, astringent tannin. A lingering finish shows notes of cola, licorice, and white pepper.
