Cabirau 2016 Cotes Du Roussillon Red Blend



Aromas: Red cherry, red plum, orange peel, pomegranate peel, leather, black truffle, and coffee.

Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium acidity; Medium body. Dried cherry, red currant, and baked fig. Modest tannin. A lingering finish with salt brine, cayenne, anise, and menthol. Very good quality.

Specifications: A blend of 50% Grenache, 27% Syrah, and 23% Carignan. 14.5% alcohol.
