Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Black currant, black plum, and baked fig. Structured tannin with rosemary and black tea notes. A medium-long, savory finish highlighted by dark chocolate, black pepper, and eucalyptus. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards on the lower slopes of Simonsberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Matured in French oak for 12 months. 14.5% alcohol.
