Olim Bauda 2016 Barbera D’Asti



Aromas: Candied cherry, toast, tobacco, book leather, shiitake mushroom, potting soil, and graphite.

Flavors/experience: Dry; High acidity; Medium-full body. Pronounced flavors and spite. Sour cherry, kirsch, baked strawberry, and dried cranberry. Fine tannin with earl gray tea. A long finish with toasted sugar, browned butter, black pepper, chili, and peppermint oil.

Outstanding quality.

Specifications: 100% Barbera from Nizza, a DOCG sub-appellation of Barbera d’Asti. 15.5% alcohol.
