- Flavors/experience: Deep ruby hue. Dry. High acidity. Full bodied. Pronounced blackberry, black cherry, black plum, cassis, peat (smoke), and black tea. Velvety, structured tannin. A medium-long finish showing salinity and licorice. Very good quality.
- Specifications: Monastrell (Mourvèdre) from Jumilla D.O.P., Spain. Ungrafted (original) old vines, grown at 825M (~2700ft) elevation.
