Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full bodied. Tart blackberry, fig jam, dusty brambleberry, stewed tomato. Fine tannin. A very long finish with secondary flavors of salt brine, black pepper, and menthol. Outstanding quality.
