Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Black cherry, dried cherry, and red currant jam. Fine, silky tannin with black tea and cinnamon. A long finish shows clove, vanilla, root spice, and wintergreen. Outstanding quality.
Specifications: A blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, aged 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels with amarone pomace (post-ferment skins and remains). 14% alcohol.
