Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Black cherry, baked strawberry, and pie crust. Delicate tannin with green tea. A long, tapering finish shows brown sugar and toasted sugarplum. Very good quality.
Specifications: A traditional Italian wine from the Veneto region, made by refermenting Rondinella, Molinara, and Corvina Veronese grapes over dried grape skins just used in producing Amarone. 13.5% alcohol.
