Aromas: Complex black cherry, black plum, purple flower, arbequina olive, chickory, wet bark, pencil shaving, and gravel.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body. Red currant, raspberry, and cassis. Finely structured tannin, with a succulent, lingering finish of delicate thyme, white pepper, and mint oil. Very good quality.
Specifications: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano grapes from 50-year-old bush vines. 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Bottle aged for 12 months. 14.5% alcohol.
