Flavors/experience: Dry; High acidity; Light body; Fine mousse. Fresh lemon, granny smith apple, dried apricot, and marzipan. Soft mouthfeel with wet stone minerality. A medium long finish shows notes of thyme, citrus oil, and lime peel. Very good quality.
Specifications: A blend of Macabeo (Viura), Xarel-lo, and Parellada varietals from Catalonia, Spain. 12% alcohol.
