Flavors/experience: Sweet; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Candied orange peel, acacia honey, key lime, and toasted cashew. A lingering finish. Very good quality.
Specifications: A blend of Sémillon, Muscadelle, and Sauvignon Blanc. Fully botrytized (noble rot). From the southwest French appellation of Monbazillac, within Bordeaux. 12.5% alcohol.
