Pierre Sparr Crémant d’Alsace Brut Rosé NV



Aromas: Watermelon, cherry blossom, white plum skin, orange pitch, melon rind, and peach.

Flavors/experience: Off-dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body; Soft mouthfeel. Fruit forward with a supple palate and modest tannin. Ripe strawberry, white cherry, white plum, orange oil, and white pepper. Very good quality.

Specifications: A sparkling wine produced from Pinot Noir. Hue of the wine and tannin level indicates additional maceration/skin contact. Pressurized to 4.5 atmospheres as with most crémant wines. 12.5% alcohol.
