- Flavors/experience: Off-dry. Medium acidity. Ripe tangerine, candied lemon, and pineapple. Full bodied, with a supple, soft, oily finish characteristic of Alsace.
- Specifications: 100% Alsace Pinot Blanc by Trimbach, known for its Rieslings, and with bottles in their cave dating to the 1600’s! This wine was fermented in concrete (which permits some micro-oxidation) and stainless steel, with no malolactic conversion. 92 points, James Suckling.
