Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Boysenberry, huckleberry, and black cherry. Focused, tart bramble and green tea tannin. A gradual finish evolves through, coffee liqueur, earth, bitter cocoa, and wintergreen. Very good quality.
Specifications: 57% Tempranillo, 21% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 6% Syrah, and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. Wild yeast ferment. Aged 19 months in 21% new, 38% 2nd-year, and 41% neutral French oak barrels. 13.4% alcohol.
