Aromas: Fresh blueberry, canteloupe, strawberry jam, bay leaf, pie crust, and butterscotch.
Flavors/experience: Dry. Medium-high acidity. Tart blackberry, ripe raspberry and red cherry. Fine, structured tannins. Notes of cola and root spice, black tea, and subtle white pepper caramel on a medium-long finish.
Specifications: A Passetoutgrain, a traditional Burgundian blend of two grapes, Gamay Noir (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%). Produced by a local and visionary winemaker, Ian Burrows. 12.5% alcohol.
