Flavors/experience: Dry; High acidity; Medium body. Vibrant red cherry, boysenberry, and kirsch. Fine, silky tannin with black tea. A long finish shows toasted chestnut, browned butter, and white pepper. Outstanding quality.
Specifications: Gamay Noir from Anne Amie’s Twelve Oaks Estate in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels (15.4% new, 38.5% one year, and 46.1% neutral). 13 barrels (325 cases) produced. 13.4% alcohol.
