Aromas: Black cherry, black rose, candied cherry, dried orange peel, potting soil, mushroom, leather, and white pepper.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-full bodied. Baked cherry, baked cranberry, kirsch, cinnamon, and toffee. Delicately structured tannin shows black tea and cayenne on a lingering finish. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. 13.7% alcohol.
