Aromas: Baked cherry, dried cranberry, brown sugar, sweet forest, clove, cola, leather, and coconut.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body. Black cherry, black raspberry, and red currant jam. Fine, forward tannin with sun tea. A long finish with date, buttercream, eucalyptus, and chili spice. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley AVA (Yamhill-Carlton and Dundee Hills AVA fruit). Maison Louis Jadot’s first project outside of Burgundy, France since their founding in 1859. 13.5% alcohol.
