Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Sour red cherry, blackberry, and baked blueberry. Firm mid-palate tannin with hints of roasted eggplant and cocoa. A long finish shows complex notes of pimenton, black olive, sea salt, and menthol. Outstanding quality.
