- Specifications: This is a Pinot Noir-dominant blend that includes Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The incredible aromas and flavors perfectly illustrate the power of blending. Randomly, the bright profile, medium body, fine tannin, and menthol finish are all reminiscent of an aged Italian Nebbiolo.
