Sineann 2018 Oregon Red Table Wine

  • Alcohol: 13.8%
  • AVA: Oregon
  • Aromas: Red cherry, dried red currant, caramelized brown sugar, sweet sage, eucalyptus, and bacon fat.
  • Flavors/experience: Acids and astringency evoke dried cherries and pomegranate rind. Flavors of cherry cola, sarsaparilla, and white pepper transition to a velvety, integrated mid-palate tannin. Tobacco and menthol in turn highlight a lengthy finish. Complex. Very good quality.
  • Specifications: This is a Pinot Noir-dominant blend that includes Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The incredible aromas and flavors perfectly illustrate the power of blending. Randomly, the bright profile, medium body, fine tannin, and menthol finish are all reminiscent of an aged Italian Nebbiolo.
