Flavors/experience: A very sweet, ruby-style port. Brambleberry jam, ripe plum, raspberry liquer, and pie crust. Very good quality.
Specifications: Syrah from Rogue Valley AVA, Oregon. The wine was fortified with brandy distilled from Torii Mor’s Pinot Noir. 3.91 pH. 14% residual sugar. 20.32% alcohol.
