Flavors/experience: Off-dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body; Slightly frizzante. Ripe honeycrisp apple, bosc pear, and nectarine. A long, tapering finish with ginger, white pepper, satsuma orange, and lemon peel. Very good quality.
Specifications: A blend of 43% Sauvignon blanc, 30% Chardonnay, 19% Muscat, and 8% Viognier. Wild yeast ferment. Aged 6 months sur lies in 9% 2-year-old French oak and 91% stainless steel. 13.9% alcohol.
