Flavors: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body. Lemon curd, ginger zest, and clove.
A long finish shows sun tea, wet gravel, sea salt, and orange oil. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% estate grown Gewürztraminer, dry farmed in Laurelwood soil, and aged for 7 months in Austrian oval cask. pH 3.38, TA .49g/100ml, R.S. < 2g/L. 13.2% alcohol.
