Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium bodied. Pear, lemon, lime peel, soft minerals, white pepper, and salinity.
Specifications: Produced from old vine Pinot Gris grown at 750 feet in the Coast Range portion of the Willamette Valley. Fermented in neutral oak with natural (terroir) yeast. 11.5% alcohol.
