Aromas: Yellow pear, acorn squash, almond, shaved coconut, straw, and flint.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium body. Fresh white peach, lemon curd, and pineapple juice. A clean, lingering finish shows lime zest and stone mineral, with a hint of citrus oil and white pepper. Very good quality.
Specifications: 100% estate Chardonnay from Willamette Valley Vineyards, as a special bottling for Syndicate Wines. Aged 10 months in 27% new French oak. Produced in an Old World style of Bourgogne Blanc from Chablis, France. 12% alcohol.
