Aromas: Red plum, cassis, browned sugar, leather, and book leather.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Full body. Black and red plum, baked black cherry, and cola. Structured but silky tannin. A long finish with sarsaparilla, vanilla, and black pepper. Very good quality.
Specifications: A blend by Bledsoe Family Winery, consisting of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, and 11% Syrah from Walla Walla Valley AVA. 20 months in 55% new and 45% neutral French oak barrels and puncheons. 14.5% alcohol.
