Aromas: Candied cherry, baked plum, roast tomato, cedar smoke, chocolate, coffee, and gravel dust.
Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Red plum, red currant, baked fig, and date. Fine tannin with cocoa powder. A long finish shows thistle, black olive, and rosemary oil. Very good quality.
Specifications: Predominantly (90%) Merlot from the Napa Valley sub-region of Yountville AVA, with small percentages added of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. 14.9% alcohol
