Tart blackberry, sour cherry, black plum, and bramble. Fine mid-palate tannin. A medium-long finish shows bitter green tea, blood orange peel, mint oil, black pepper, dark chocolate, and sea salt.
Specifications: A 100% Red Mountain blend of 60.1% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33.1% Malbec, and 6.8% Petit Verdot. Produced through a collaboration of Pacific Rim, Nicholas Quill of Crimson Wine Group, and Chris Phelps of Petrus (Bordeaux) and Dominus (Napa). 24 months in barrel, with at least
12 months in bottle ageing (though this inaugural vintage is 2015, so has additional bottle ageing time). 15% alcohol.
