Aromas: Stewed black plum, blackberry jam, caramel, root beer, clove, pencil shavings, coffee, and charcoal.

Flavors/experience: Dry; Medium-high acidity; Medium-full body. Layers of black plum, tart brambleberry, boysenberry, and huckleberry. Fine, forward tannin hints at rosemary and pine needle. A long, savory finish offers black tea, balsamic, black olive, mint, and sea salt. Very good quality.

Specifications: A Bordeaux-Inspired blend consisting of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 8% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot, and 1% Carménère. Grapes sourced from River Ridge, Chukar & Doc Stewart Vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, Washington. 14.4% alcohol.
