- Aromas: Fresh-cut lemon, ripe cantaloupe, toffee, and cashew.
- Flavors/experience: Medium acidity, with flavors of fresh pineapple, tangerine, lemon, and thyme oil. A very long finish with subtle notes of clove, honey, and white pepper. Very well balanced, very good quality.
- Story: Jenny Wagner, of the Caymus family line, produces this Sauvignon Blanc intentionally. The grape clusters are physically spread open while on the vine, to aid in even fruit ripening. The result is a wine richer in tropical flavors and aromas, with less acidity and fewer faults than typical for wines made from this varietal.
