What wines should you collect for your cellar, when your cellar is about to become your survival bunker?

In this unique session, we take an objective approach to wine collecting at a time of an uncertain future. We look at different design considerations for the perfect survival bunker and wine cellar! We dive into what makes one wine more age-worthy than the next, and address what to look for in a wine’s technical specifications that will help you identify one worth collecting and aging.

Extended curriculum (5452 words). This is a self-directed online course.  Wine is not included.
