All food and wine is handled by our on-site team.  Syndicate does not permit outside food or beverages.

As a standard, any private event will have a food and beverage minimum that will be determined by the date and time requested.  A 20% deposit is required to secure your date.  Availability for Private Events is determined on the hours at Syndicate Wine Bar.

Grazing Boards

A perfect combination of gourmet cheeses with Olympia Provisions meats, olives, fresh fruit & vegetables, nuts, dried fruit, and gluten free crackers.

Cost of the Board is determined by how many people you are expecting at your event.

Caprese Salad

Sliced tomatoes, mozzerrella cheese, and basil finished with salt and pepper, olive oil & balsamic glaze

Caesar Salad

Hearts of romaine tossed in our custom caesar dressing. Finished with slow roasted croutons.  Added proteins extra (salmon or smoked chicken)

Wine Country Salad

Mixed greens tossed in a lemon poppyseed dressing with apples, blueberries, crumbled gorgonzola, and candied walnuts.

Kettle of Soup

Cooked slow and low by our full-time chef.  These recipes are meant to warm you up on a colder day.  Options have included Tomato Bisque, Chicken Tortilla, Thai Peanut, Chicken Noodle, or Italian Sausage

Pre-Selected

Work directly with our Syndicate Sommelier to pre-purchase a set amount of bottles with a specific variety. You can choose from any bottle in the Retail Space. Budget is determine by bottles purchased

Drink Tickets

Best if you want a variety of wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic options. Perfect if you want to keep the budget lower.  Any drinks after the first ticket will be upon each guest to open a ticket with the bartender.
