This class covers some of the major winegrowing regions of Australia. To prepare, you will want to source the following eight (8) Australian wines. These wines are available in the Pacific Northwest wine market. If you cannot find them, a suitable alternative is to source other wines from similar appellations, as noted below. Vintage is not as important as the appellation!
