In this class, we look at the landscape of Burgundy, sampling nine different red and white wines of distinction, learning about the endless walled vineyards and generational properties bringing forth some of the most renowned wines of Western Europe.

This class covers a variety of white, sparkling, and red wines from Burgundy. To prepare, you will want to source the following nine (9) kinds of wines, available in the Pacific Northwest wine market. If you cannot find them, a suitable alternative is to source Burgundy wines from other producers — just try to find them from the same appellations as noted below:
