1: The Winemaking Process

During this class, we will discuss the primary differences between how white wine, rosé wine, and red wine are made. We will examine two of each kind of wine (six total) through a guided tasting. The wines presented will highlight stylistic differences and provide attendees with a framework of understanding as to how and why each wine can be made, and is made.
