This class explores different wines and varietals from Mexico. To prepare, you will want to source the following eight (8) kinds of wines, varietals, and blends available in the Pacific Northwest wine market:

  • A rosé Pet Nat from Mexico
  • Valle de Guadalupe from Valley de Guadalupe, Baja California
  • Chenin Blanc from Valle de Guadalupe or Valley Ojos Negros, Mexico
  • A. Cetto Tempranillo from Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California
  • A red wine blend from Coahuila, Mexico
  • A. Cetto Nebbiolo from Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California
  • Full-bodied red wine blend from Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California
  • Full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Valley de Guadalupe, Baja California
