Flavors/experience: Balanced acids present luscious flavors of brambly blackberry, baked huckleberry, and cassis. Silky tannins fade to a brief back palate flavor of tart berry, then to a lingering finish with notes of white pepper, licorice and mint.
Specifications: This is a Northern Rhone-style blended wine made from Walla Walla Valley grapes, consisting of 95% Syrah and 5% Viogner, co-fermented to add depth of color and body. A complex, intriguing, and very good quality wine. 14.3% alcohol.
