Flavors/experience: Lively acids compliment this full bodied Columbia Valley wine. Complex flavors of bright red cherry, stewed blackberry, scotch, and clove. Velvety tannins exit to a lingerish finish with notes of white pepper and anise. Very good quality.
Specifications: A “GSM” is a traditional Rhone-style blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. This bottling consists of 56% Grenache from Red Mountain AVA; 19% Syrah from Columbia Valley AVA; And, 25% Mourvedre from Wahluke Slope AVA. 15.5% alcohol.
