Starting May 2019, Syndicate Wines will be available for purchase. These wines were chosen as a representation of our brand and diverse wines available in Oregon. Our wines also have a purpose.
Our purpose is to support others and help them grow. To that extent, we are setting up a grant fund to give back to our community. This grant fund will fund projects for women and minority wine makers in Oregon, a group that adds diversity and craftsmanship to the industry. Many times the best and most creative don’t have that much money saved, but they do have the experience. Furthermore, we have found that there is an advantage given to those that come into the wine business with 7 figures of investment capital. Seed money is just that… seeds to help a business grow.
As you can see from some of our pictures, individuals love our wine and what we stand for. Sometimes its more about who you are than what you do. Who you are is your why. It’s our why. The “who” behind the scenes are people, personalities, experiences, and dreams. We want to help make more dreams come true. Our supporters want to help others grow. In the end, Syndicate Wines was created so that we can all help each other grow.
The application process will open September 2019. If you know of someone that is looking for “seed” capital, we want to hear from you. We want to you to take the next step. This industry needs more diversity and we are here to help.
The following wines will have a percent contribution to the Syndicate Wines Grant Fund:
- 2015 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
- 2018 Willamette Valley Rose’
- 2014 Rogue Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
